My name is Filou. As boss of the Finca, I give you a warm welcome. I am not the youngest anymore, like to lay around, enjoy the sun and like nice guests. I hope we become friends. Carmelita is the name of my cat friend. She has a son called Miguel.

The largest part of our Finca is left as nature has created it and therefore it is unsuitable for persons with substantial walking problems.

The cleaning of the rooms takes place daily except sundays, exchanging the bed linen weekly, towel changes as required.
Towels for the pool and the beach we like you to care for. We also recommend to bring along a pair of bathing shoes for the pool area .

We serve the breakfast between the time of 09:00 -10:00 a.m.

Pets are welcome. Please mention them on your bookings.

The access to the Finca from main road is a 5 minutes natural track, driveable with rental cars.

Price per night and room:
Double / Breakfast low season (two persons): 65 €
Double / Breakfast high season : 75 €
Single / Breakfast (one person in double room): 55 €
Single / Breakfast High season 65 €
Additional bed / Breakfast 15 €

High season: 1.May. - 31.October.Rest of year is low season.
The minimum stay is 2 nights. 30% of total costs are to be paid within 5 days after reservation confirmation. The remainder is to be paid until 6 weeks before first day of your stay. If a cancellation takes place until 6 weeks before you stay, 30% of the price will retained; 100% will be retained when cancellation is made later.
